HIQA GaPP Analysis

For residential care settings on the journey to fulfilling HIQA requirements HCI GaPP (Gap and Project Plan) Analysis determines the current status of an organisation's systems in line with the requirements of HIQA's National Quality Standards. This process determines current strengths which can be built upon to aid in the development of an organisation to fulfil the requirements.

The outcome of the GaPP Analysis is a focused action plan report providing the findings of the assessment, the strengths, and opportunities for improvement. Priorities for development are identified with specific reference to individual criteria. This is a two day review carried out by two HCI Team members.

Cost €4000.00 per GaPP Analysis.
