Clinical Audit & Evaluation

In God we trust, all others bring data, or so the saying goes. To effectively understand how an organisation is operating we must be able to continually evaluate its performance.

A central focus to clinical audit and performance evaluation is obviously the care we provide, but to support this it is necessary to have a clearly defined system to continually monitor, evaluate and improve the quality of all aspects of service delivery.

Health Care Informed has the expertise and the tools to support and assists organisations in developing practical, useful and effective clinical audit and performance evaluation mechanisms.

To monitor the wellbeing of a patient would we not check the Pulse, Blood Pressure and Respiration rates regularly?

Should we not carry out similar checks on the care and services we provide? In order to know what is working right and what can be improved Health Care Informed works with organisations to develop a framework for effectively evaluating their activities. Using the current data that you have, can quiet easily provide information that you didn't know, and the knowledge that you would like.
